Rules:

1. The Reserved Tee Time form must be completed in its entirety including e-mail address.
2. Your group MUST be a foursome to be considered for a Reserved Tee Time.
3. You are required to notify the Pro Shop of the number of players in your group the following week at your current week's reserved time (at the earliest), or by the close of business on Tuesday (at the latest). If you fail to notify the Pro Shop by the close of business on Tuesday, the Reserved Tee Time will become an Open Play Tee Time.
4. If your group will have fewer than four players for any weekend, we reserve the right to pair other players with your group in order to make a foursome. If your group has two or fewer players, we reserve the right to move you to another Tee Time in order to make a foursome.
5. If your group is a NO SHOW twice during the season, your Reserved Tee Time will be forfeited for the remainder of the season.
6. Reserved Tee Times for 2010 season will be issued on a first come, first served basis. If the Reserved Tee Time you have requested has already been issued to another group, we will give you the closest available Reserved Tee Time to the time you requested.
7. Your group is expected to have checked in and paid at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes in advance of your Reserved Tee Time. If any part of your group is late, we will send the group(s) behind you off until we come to a time that is available.
8. Any infraction of the above rules will result in your Reserved Tee Time privileges being revoked without refund.

Application Information:

• Reserved Tee Times are on a first come, first served basis. The starting times available will be posted at the pro shop. Reserved Tee Times will be locked in when full payment is received.
• Tee Times will be eight minutes apart starting at 6:00 A.M. Reserved Tee Times will be available from 7:04 A.M. to 8:16 A.M.
• Shotgun starts may be made starting at 7:30 A.M. in order to accommodate an afternoon shotgun starting at 1:30 P.M. Chardon Lakes Golf Course will post announcements of these days as soon as they are available and try to give at least two weeks' notice.
• Cost will remain the same as last year: $375 for one Reserved Tee Time on one day.
